Shipping and Delivery

Processing: Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. This processing timeframe is subject to change due to sales or holidays. Please review our shipping methods to receive an estimated timeframe of your package.

Shipping: Once processing is complete, you will receive a tracking number from USPS with the selected shipping method for personal tracking. Please keep this tracking information. Once the shipment has been given to USPS, Galette Skin does not retain responsibility of delivery. Please contact USPS regarding any delivery delays or delivery related issues.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Galette Skin is happily shipping to Australia, Canada, Germany, United Kingdom, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, and Ukraine. Please select your preferred shipping at checkout. 

How Do I Check My Order Status

We're just as excited to get your products to you, so we understand. You want your products as soon as possible!  Please find the status of a particular order and view your Order History on the Order Status tracking page under "MY ACCOUNT".  The Order History will be updated once the products have shipped.
